This unit explores the Trinity’s role in salvation—the Father’s passion, the Spirit’s guidance, and Jesus’ work—while building consistency in our Appointment with God (AWG) and learning to share the Gospel through the 4-verse Bridge Illustration.
His Heart
His Heart (Journal 3 of the Adventure Series) explores God’s heart for lost and broken people. Our covenant group is trained in foundational skills for sharing the gospel message with clarity and compassion.
His Heart is divided into three sections, each focusing on the Triune God and His role in drawing men to faith. The first section explores the passion of God the Father. The second examines the partnership of God the Spirit in the work of salvation. The third focuses on the provision of God the Son and His sacrificial love for sinners.
The spiritual skills developed in this journal build upon an Appointment with God (AWG) and include developing a “Who is on our heart for heaven?” list, as well as learning how to clearly share the gospel using the Bridge Illustration.
